(June 15th, 2023) – The Super Late Model Series and Speedway 660 team is pleased to introduce drivers and fans to the title sponsors of round five of the 2023 SLMS season, to be contested on Saturday August 19th at Speedway 660. ReCar and Wonder Auto and Tire have signed with the track and series to present the ReCar 150 presented by Wonder Auto and Tire for the next three years.
Serving as the penultimate race of the inaugural Super Late Model Series season, the ReCar 150 presented by Wonder Auto and Tire is sure to be hotly contested both on and off the track. An intense championship battle will be underway – and in fact nearing completion – as the superstars of the Super Late Model Series take to the track. If round one at the Riverview Ford Season Opener – which featured twenty-eight (28) entries in the pits was any indication, this should be a barn burner of an event!
Being held just two weeks before Speedway 660’s annual SpeedWeekend Pro Stock 250 – the most prestigious race of the year in the Geary Woods – additional competitors are expected to enter the ReCar 150 presented by Wonder Auto and Tire to tune up for SpeedWeekend.
