Speedway 660 is hosting Fan Appreciation Night on Saturday. The event is presented by The New Hot 92.3 – Fredericton’s #1 Hit Music Station. Fans will be treated to an on-track autograph session, lots of prizes and a night of incredible point racing in five divisions.
“This is always one of my favourite nights of the year because it’s a lot of fun meeting all of the fans, especially the kids, during the autograph session before the races” said Heidi Cooper, one of Speedway 660’s most popular drivers. “Spending time with our fans on their night always fires up the drivers to go out and put on a great show for them, because they are the best fans in Canada.”
Heidi Cooper is one of the most popular drivers ever, in the two decade history of Speedway 660. Heidi is looking forward to Fan Appreciation Night, especially the autograph session and DMR Auto Sales & Service Street Stock feature.
The pre-race autograph session will run from 5:30 until 6:15PM on Saturday. Westwood Estate Apartments Bandolero and Fredericton Gun Shop Sharp Shooter heats are scheduled for 6:30. Then at 7PM the DMR Auto Sales & Service Street Stock, Martin’s Home Heating Sportsman and Re/Max Group Four Realty Pro Stock drivers will run their heat races.
The on-track Fan Appreciation Night autograph session is always a highlight of the racing season for the fans and drivers alike!
“It’s going to be a lot of fun for fans because The New Hot 92.3 crew will bring their antics to the Geary Woods and it’s hard to predict what kind of mischief they’ll get into” said Speedway 660’s Max Roy. “Combine that with tons of prizes, the autograph session and an intense card of point racing and you’ve got an incredible night of family entertainment.”
Fans will likely be treated to a “dust-up” or two when the drivers take to the track for Fan Appreciation Night!
Adult ticket prices are $14; Youth tickets, for kids between 8 and 14 are $10; the Family Pass for two adults and two youths is $38 and; as always admission is absolutely free for Speedway 660’s youngest race fans, seven and under. Adult Pit Passes are $2.

On Saturday, August 23rd Speedway 660 will hold its final night of point racing. The Night of Champions is the final chance for drivers to claim divisional titles and rookie of the year awards. Point battles are tight in all five divisions heading into the final two weeks of point racing.
