Fan Appreciation Night of Champions

This Saturday Speedway 660 holds its final point race of the 2013 season. In addition to the great racing fans are invited out on the track before the races to meet the drivers. From 5:30 until 6:15PM all of the drivers, from all of the divisions, will be on the track with their cars. Fans will have the opportunity to mingle with the drivers, get some autographs, driver cards and treats for the kids.

“Fan Appreciation Night of Champions is always a highlight of the racing season and it’s the only opportunity for our fans to go out on the track to meet our drivers” said Speedway 660’s Michelle Roy. “The drivers look forward to this event as much as the fans and they enjoy signing autographs, posing for photos with the kids and talking to people about our great sport.”

Speedway 660 fans will be treated to Fan Appreciation Night of Champions this Saturday evening. The final point night always makes for exciting and dramatic racing. Fans are also invited out on the track, before the races, for an opportunity to meet our drivers and check out their awesome race cars.

At 6:30PM the bando and sharp shooter heats begin, with heat races for street stock, sportsman and pro stock beginning at 7PM. Championship and rookie of the year trophies will be awarded to drivers after the feature races in each division.

“We’ve got some really tight point races and rookie of the year battles that won’t be decided until after the checkered flag flies in the features” said Roy. “We will also have draws for a lot of prizes for our fans, so we invite everyone out to Speedway 660 on Saturday for an exciting evening of fun and entertainment.”

Fans will see action in the Westwood Estate Apartments Bandolero, Fredericton Gun Shop Sharp Shooter, DMR Auto Sales and Service Street Stock, Martins Home Heating Sportsman and RE/MAX Group Four Realty Pro Stock Divisions.

Fan Appreciation Night of Champions Adult ticket prices are12 dollars – Youth tickets, for kids between 8 and 15 years of age are 9 dollars – our family Pass for two adults and two youths is 40 dollars – and – as always admission is absolutely free for Speedway 660’s youngest race fans – seven and under.
