Car Count Looking Strong for $3000 to Win Martins Firecracker 150
The car count is looking great for tomorrow nights Martins Firecracker 150. Speedway 660 is expecting upwards of 30 cars who will be attempting to qualify for the 26 starting sports for the 150 lap feature event.
“We’ve seen a lot of interest over the last few weeks with the extra purse money and the prolonged wait due to the rescheduling” said Speedway 660 co-owner Steve Burns. “There are guys coming that we haven’t seen in a while like Randy McCoy, George Jameson, John Rankin, Dave O’blenis, Ken Mackenzie, and Dana Duncan”. “Of course those guys on top of our weekly Martins Home Heating Sportsman drivers who are ready to defend home turf again the part time and traveling guys”.
“This is going to be an awesome night of racing” said Richard Martin of Martins Home Heating. “I’ve been doing my sun dance all week so I think we should be in good shape for Saturday night!”.
