“Double-headers are always lots of fun down at the race-track and many families will camp on-site and make a weekend of it, taking in the races on Saturday night and the Enduro on Sunday afternoon” said Speedway 660’s Max Roy. “With school out and the vacation period just starting, this is the time of year our crowds begin to increase and we are really looking forward to entertaining lots of fans this weekend and all summer long.”

Point battles are starting to take shape in all five of Speedway 660’s racing divisions. On Saturday night fans will see great action in the Westwood Estate Apartments Bandolero, Fredericton Jewelers 4 cylinder, DMR Auto Sales & Service Street Stock, Martins Home Heating Sportsman and RE/MAX Group Four Realty Pro Stock Divisions. Then on Sunday afternoon the first Enduro race of the season will stir up the dust at Speedway 660. These 200 lap endurance races are a highlight of the season for many fans who like to see wild and crazy action in the Geary Woods.

“Drivers will race hard to get to the Riverview Ford Lincoln Victory Lane on Saturday night because a win will give them a big boost in their drive for one of our five championships” Roy said. “Then on Sunday it’s an all-out, no-holds barred, battle royal when the Enduros roll out on the track for their fan pleasing brand of racing.”

Fans never know what’s going to happen when the Enduro cars take the green flag at Speedway 660. Rheal Kenny, a veteran of many Enduro battles, ended up on his roof after one confrontation. The first Enduro 200 of the 2013 season will excite fans beginning at 2PM this Sunday.
