(Fredericton, NB – July 31st, 2017) – For race teams planning on competing in the 2017 McLaughlin Roof Trusses 250 at Speedway 660 on Sunday, September 3rd, there is an incentive to registering your car early for the prestigious event. Track management has announced that the tire selection order for the race will be based off the order of registration for the event. The registration period opened for the McLaughlin Roof Trusses 250 at 6pm Atlantic on Monday, July 31st.

When the tire trailer opens for tire selection for the Pro Stock 250 on Saturday, September 2nd, the first four teams on the registration list will be allowed in the tire trailer for up to 10 minutes each. After their ten minutes are up, the next four teams, teams fifth through eighth on the registration list, will have their time to select tires and so on. This will allow teams to select their own tire sizes on the weekend of the event.

The cost to pre-register for the McLaughlin Roof Trusses 250 at Speedway 660 has been reduced in 2017 to $50. The $50 pre-registration fee is non-refundable. The online registration for the event, along with the page to make a secure credit card payment, will go live on Speedway660.com on Monday, July 31st at 6pm. For teams who would like to pay their registration fee in person, the Speedway 660 Office will accept payments during the scheduled upcoming Saturday night races, beginning with the August 12th event. Once their payment is processed, the team will be added to the tire registration list and will be included in all McLaughlin Roof Trusses 250 related media materials. The registration fee will rise to $100 one week prior to the event for those that do not pre-register.
