Ryan Messer (#1) took the lead from Craig Slaunwhite (#99) in the closing laps to score the victory – which is his first on the East Coast International Pro Stock Tour. It was a popular win for Messer amongst the fans in the Geary Woods, with the crowd erupting as Slaunwhite chased him across the line in second with Jarrett Butcher (#54) coming home third. East Coast International 150 results are unofficial, and official results will be published by the East Coast International Pro Stock Tour.

In Speedway 660 house division action, Shawn Hyslop (#99) cruised to victory lane in the 50-lap Shur-Fit Automotive, Bumper to Bumper Street Stock division. Hyslop led every lap en route to the victory, his first of the season and seventeenth of his career in the Street Stock division at Speedway 660.

Jason Duffield (#91) made it two first-time feature winners in a row in the Fredericton Gun Shop Sharp Shooter division. Duffield drove around Randy Titus (#75) on the twelfth lap of the race, and never looked back en route to the victory in the caution-free 25-lap feature. Titus would hang on to finish second with Darren Wilcox (#32) rounding out the podium in third. Defending champion BJ Gillespie (#69) brought his car out on a Sportsman off-weekend and ended up with a fourth-place result, with Alex Gallant (#5) rounding out the top five.

Heat race victories were captured by Titus and Duffield. Nineteen four-cylinder machines were in attendance for the Fredericton Gun Shop Sharp Shooter division.

Kid’s Day was part of the festivities at Speedway 660, as kids were treated to a pre-race autograph and the popular candy scramble during the St. Louis Bar and Grill intermission.

The next race at Speedway 660 will be Saturday June 10th for the Targetts Windows and Doors Street Stock 100! Kenny MacKenzie Jr (#85) was victorious in this event one season ago.
