Kyle MacKinnon Leads Popular Kid’s Day Victors!

Last Updated: June 24, 2025By

Kid’s Day is always a popular event at Speedway 660, and Saturday was no different in the Geary Woods! It wasn’t just the autograph session and candy scramble that had people excited on Kid’s Day, as several popular winners cracked into victory lane!

Shur-Fit Automotive, Bumper to Bumper Street Stock driver Kyle MacKinnon (#22) led the charge with his first career Street Stock victory! MacKinnon is a former Gallon’s Towing and Auto Salvage Sharp Shooter champion who has spent years in the Street Stock class – and has been close many times. But Saturday night, the glass slipper finally fit for a monumental triumph!

MacKinnon had to work for the win, besting Sportsman champion Drew Greenlaw, subbing for Dan Gillespie (#83) for the win! Rounding out the podium was another substitute driver with Andrew Rodgers taking Rick Cashol’s (#54) car to a third place effort. Karl Schaefer (#00) and Jonathon Hanley (#71) rounded out the top five. Eleven (11) Shur-Fit Automotive, Bumper to Bumper Street Stocks were in attendance, with Greenlaw and Daniel Atyeo (#15) earning heat race victories.

The Line-X Pro Stock division produced another thrilling race, with Clark Moore (#54) striking for his second consecutive win – and doing so in dramatic fashion. Clark Moore edged out Kevin Moore (#88) – of no relation to each other – in a photo finish to earn the win. Clark’s win robbed Kevin of his first win in a decade as he makes an elusive championship bid. Andrew Rodgers (#14) rounded out the field on the eight car field. Kevin’s second place feature win was alleviated by having earned the heat race victory earlier in the day.

Chris Wilson (#2W) drove to his record setting eighth career Speedway 660 Atlantic Modified Tour win Saturday night, outdueling Yves McCray (#58) to capture the victory. Defending George Fitzpatrick Memorial winner Conrad Murphy (#89) rounded out the podium in third. Nine (9) Atlantic Modified Tour cars entered, with McCray earning the heat win.

Jacob Logan (#37) earned his second consecutive feature win in the Late Model Sportsman division. Logan scored the win over Richard Atkinson (#40) and heat race winner BJ Gillespie (#69).

Tyler Collett (#21) continues his hot streak in the Gallon’s Towing and Auto Salvage Sharp Shooter division. Dating back to the end of 2024, he has now won three consecutive feature races and has become an early favorite for the season-long championship. Collett earned the win over former champion Darren Wilcox (#32) and Jason Duffield (#91). Eighteen (18) cars were in attendance with Terry Lawson (#14) and Matt Martin (#33) earning heat race wins.

Up next is the prestigious Ricky Bobby Street Stock 150 on Saturday June 28th. Action starts at 4pm for the biggest, baddest, richest, and most prestigious Street Stock races of the year! Stay tuned for more details to come!
