At Speedway 660 it’s time to take a breather before a fast and frantic finish to the 2014 racing season. We hope everyone has a fun-filled and safe holiday weekend and nice vacation. Let’s take a look at some of the highlights so far this season.
On Saturday night Speedway 660 fans were treated to their last race before the off weekend. We’ll be off on the August long holiday weekend, but back in action on the 9th with the Firecracker 150. Dave O’Blenis claimed his second Best of the Best Pro Stock 150 in a row and his fourth over-all Saturday night at Speedway 660. The win earns O’Blenis a provisional starting position in the Pro Stock 250 on SpeedWeekend. Continue reading
Race fans always get excited about the Best of the Best Pro Stock 150, but this year there is more to get excited about. That’s because in addition to one of the biggest Pro Stock races of the year, Speedway 660 fans will also see the Street Stock 50 on Saturday night. Continue reading
It sure was a busy weekend in the eastern North American short-track racing world. While Jesse Madore was winning the ENDURO 200 here at Speedway 660, there was exciting action down in Maine and Nova Scotia.
Race fans were treated to an entertaining and exciting ENDURO 200 on Saturday night. There was lots of banging and thrashing going on and several “dust-ups” during the course of the evening. We invite you to check out Max Roy’s photos from the second ENDURO of the racing season.
Jesse Madore won the ENDURO 200 Saturday night at Speedway 660. Madore and his capable pit crew took the win over Pat Sharpe, who won the first ENDURO of the season back in June. Roger Slocum and “Rocket” Rodney Ness, who shared the driving duties in car #29, finished third. Continue reading
This Saturday 19th July 2014 at 7pm, Speedway 660 presents the second ENDURO 200 of the 2014 racing season. It’s the only ENDURO of the season to run under the lights. Continue reading

Speedway 660 officials have updated the 2014 racing schedule. Inclement weather, earlier in the season, forced the postponement of the Bando Blast 30 and the Street Stock 50. Those two races have now been added to other dates on the existing schedule. Continue reading
