SpeedWeekend is coming quickly. The biggest weekend of racing in Atlantic Canada, from August 30th to September 2nd, will attract thousands of fans and the best race teams in our region. Fans are encouraged to get their SpeedWeekend tickets in advance.You can fill out the ticket order form below and fax it to the Speedway 660 office or call 506-454-7223 to order your tickets. Fans – Championships – Drama: Wade’s Weekly ’13 #14

Right around this time every year, I look at the calendar and wonder where the racing season went. It’s kind of like being a kid all over again. I remember getting out of school in late June and looking forward to an endless summer, only to realize a few short weeks later that September was coming along much faster than I thought it would.

Racing Tonight!

Speedway 660`s second last championship point race of the season is on at 7PM tonight! Weather conditions are great and the pit gate opens for race teams at 2PM with practice sessions beginning at 2:45. The Bandolero and Sharp Shooter heat races begin at 6:20PM . Heat races in the other divisions begin at 7PM.

Fans will see the RE/MAX Group Four Realty Pro Stocks, Martins Home Heating Sportsman, DMR Auto Sales & Service Street Stocks, West Wood Estate Apartments Bandoleros and Fredericton Gun Shop Sharp Shooters.

Ticket Prices: $12 Adults (16 and over); $9 Youth (ages 8-15); $40 Family Pass (two Adults & two Youths) and FREE for Children (ages 7 and under)

*Note: This is a non-points race for the Bandoleros.

On Target with a Sharp Shooter: A Conversation with Jeremy Doran

The Fredericton Gun Shop Sharp Shooter Division is the fastest growing form of racing at Speedway 660. A few years ago the division barely got off the ground with a half a dozen cars, but today the racing is exciting and the car count continues to grow. Two Amazing Young Ladies! Wade’s Weekly ’13 # 13

This past weekend Speedway 660 roared back to action after taking a break for the New Brunswick holiday weekend. As you know by now, Mike Stevens died after an accident, in the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour race, at Oyster Bed Speedway on the long weekend. Many of our fans, race team members and employees were in Prince Edward Island for that race. Everyone in the Maritime racing community and beyond was shocked by this tragic accident.
