Fredericton, NB – It looked to be a cold dark night in the grandstands but the drivers on the track sure heated up the whole track. After a long awaited winter the Enduro division went under way tonight for the first race of their four race season.
The beginning of the race started off in the usual side by side line up. But once that green flag dropped the drivers went wild. Drivers went straight to bumping, pushing and turning other cars around the track. Although being spun many times throughout the race, Ed Vallis, in the #38c took the lead half way through and didn’t give the second place car another chance to catch him. Ed Vallis cruised his way to another notch in the victory belt while 2007 champs Benji Ruff and Dale Hathaway, in the #8, had to settle for second. Rounding out the top three was the #21 of Kenny Barton.
Next up on tap for the double header weekend is DQ Kids day taking place tomorrow. Make sure you swing through the Geary woods for this special event focused on the younger generation of fans. It is sure to be WicKID!
