Saturday is Kids Night!

It happens just once a year and this Saturday Speedway 660 is proud to present RE/MAX Kids Night in the Geary Woods. Kids of all ages will enjoy racing in five exciting divisions and fans 12 and under will go out on the track at intermission for an incredible candy scramble.

“It’s amazing how much youngsters enjoy racing and RE/MAX Kids Night is our opportunity to do something special for our youngest race fans” said Speedway 660’s Max Roy. “They’ll get to go into the pits before the races, participate in our candy scramble at intermission and see a great night of racing.”

For this week only, the pits open at 5:30PM and fans will have a chance to meet their favourite drivers, get autographs, take photos and check out the race cars. Bandolero and 4 cylinder heat races take the green flag at 6:20PM and street stock, sportsman and pro stock heats begin at 7PM.

Kids love candy almost as much as they love racing. Saturday is RE/MAX Kids Night at
Speedway 660 and in addition to seeing racing in five great divisions, kids 12 and under,
will head out on the track for our incredible candy scramble during intermission!

There will be point racing in the Westwood Estate Apartments Bandolero, Fredericton Jewelers 4 cylinder, DMR Auto Sales and Service Street Stock, Martins Home Heating Sportsman and RE/MAX Group Four Realty Pro Stock Divisions.

“There’s a real youth movement happening at Speedway 660 and fans will get to see kids race in all five of our divisions through-out the evening” said Max Roy. “The Bandolero and 4 cylinder divisions have really provided young people with the opportunity to get into racing and now we are seeing graduates of those two divisions move up to street stock, sportsman and pro stock.”

Adult ticket prices for RE/MAX Kids Night are 12 dollars – and for this week all fans 15 and under are admitted free of charge.

There is no rain date for this event. If the weather is unsettled on Saturday morning, fans and race team members are encouraged to call the race line at 506-454-7223 or visit for race day status updates.
