SPEEDWAY 660 FIRST TO CROWN TRACK CHAMPIONS SATURDAY NIGHT

(GEARY, NB – August 21st, 2018) – Speedway 660 will be the first to award season long track championships in Atlantic Canada on Saturday with the Night of Champions. The point racing finale will feature action in all four of Speedway 660’s house divisions, including the RE/MAX East Coast Elite Realty Pro Stock, Martin’s Home Heating Sportsman, DMR Auto Street Stock and Fredericton Gun Shop Sharp Shooters. With last Saturday’s racing action washed out, the Night of Champions also doubles as Fan Appreciation Night. The action gets underway at 5:30pm with an on track autograph session followed by green flag racing at the Geary, New Brunswick oval at 6:30pm.

FIRECRACKER 150 TO LOCK FIVE INTO $7500 TO WIN SPEEDWEEKEND SPORTSMAN SHOW

(Geary, NB – July 31st, 2018) – Speedway 660 officials are excited to announce a new program that will see five drivers punch their tickets into Martin’s Home Heating Sportsman 150 on Saturday, September 1st. The top five drivers in the Firecracker Sportsman 150 on Saturday, August 11th will receive a guaranteed starting position in the September classic.

Ricky Bobby Street Stock 100 Presented by DMR Auto Paying $1,500 to Win

(Geary, NB – July 5th, 2018) – DMR Auto Sales and Service and Speedway 660 have upped the stakes for the inaugural Ricky Bobby Street Stock 100 on Saturday, July 21st. The 100-lap feature will pay $1,500 to the winner, making it one of the richest paydays for a Street Stock race in Atlantic Canada. Based on a 26-car field, the purse will feature over $8,500 in awards. Every driver who starts the Ricky Bobby Street Stock 100 will receive $100 with pay increasing for a top ten finish.

Defending Champion Doiron First of 27 To Register for McLaughlin Roof Trusses 250

(August 3rd, 2017) – The defending champion of the McLaughlin Roof Trusses 250 at Speedway 660 was quickest to the draw on Monday evening when the registration window opened for the 2017 edition of the event.

Joey Doiron of Berwick, Maine was the first of 27 drivers to file an entry for the Sunday, September 3rd race within 24 hours of registration being opened. Drivers from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Maine are represented on the early registration list with still a month to go before the race itself.
