Driver registration now open for inaugural series
(FREDERICTON, NB – March 17th, 2020) – Speedway 660 is excited to welcome Fog City Auto Spa to their family of marketing partners. Fog City Auto Spa joins the four race Petty Raceway and Speedway 660 Sportsman Challenge presented by Lonnie Sommerville Racing in its inaugural year as presenting partner of the second event of the Series. The Fog City Auto Spa 100 will take place on Saturday, June 27th at 6:30pm at Speedway 660 and is the first of two races hosted at the Geary, New Brunswick track for the Sportsman Challenge.
Since 2014, Fog City Auto Spa has offering their customers automotive services from their Saint John, New Brunswick location at 1550 Manawagonish Road. While the Fog City Auto Spa 100 will be the first foray into motorsport event sponsorship for the company, they are no stranger to stock car racing. Fog City Auto Spa has been a major supporter of several race teams based out the Saint John area in recent years, including Late Model Sportsman drivers Ryan Raynes and 2015 DMR Auto Street Stock Champion at Speedway 660 Robert Raynes.

Driver registration for the Petty Raceway and Speedway 660 Sportsman Challenge presented by Lonnie Sommerville Racing opened earlier in the week. Teams can submit their intent to compete in the four race Series by heading to either the Speedway 660 (Speedway660.com), Petty Raceway (PettyRaceway.com) or Tim’s Corner Motorsports (TimsCorner.ca) websites. The first race in the Series is slated for Saturday, June 13th at Petty Raceway in River Glade, New Brunswick.
Speedway 660 kicks off the 2020 season with the Riverview Ford Lincoln Season Opener on Sunday, May 24th at 2pm. All four of Speedway 660’s staple house divisions will be in action, including the Pro Stock, Sportsman, Street Stock and Sharp Shooter classes.
